Returns and Refunds Policy

TYRA TCG has a policy for returns and cooling-off periods. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We have a standard fourteen (14) day returns policy. This means that you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging, including seal (if applicable).

To initiate a return, please contact us at shipments@tyratcg.com .

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned and/or revoked

At TYRA TCG, we respect your rights as a consumer. However, some items cannot be returned, and you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal. This applies to the following products:

  • "Pre-Order Products" when indicated on the product. This refers to products whose value fluctuates on the market. If this is the case, we will indicate this on the product page. For example, Pre-Order Acrylic boxes can always be returned because their value does not fluctuate.
  • Products whose seal (foil) is damaged;
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items);
  • Other products subject to price fluctuations on the markets over which TYRA TCG has no influence and which may occur within the cancellation period (for those interested: see also Article 6:230p(a) of the Dutch Civil Code). These are therefore, in any case, Pre-Order products (see the first bullet point).

Legal cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days in the EU
In principle, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days. This does not apply to the following products:

  • "Pre-Order Products" when indicated on the product. This refers to products whose value fluctuates on the market. If this is the case, we will indicate this on the product page. For example, Pre-Order Acrylic boxes can always be returned because their value does not fluctuate.
  • Products whose seal (foil) is damaged;
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items);
  • Other products subject to price fluctuations on the markets over which TYRA TCG has no influence and which may occur within the cancellation period (for those interested: see also Article 6:230p(a) of the Dutch Civil Code). These are therefore, in any case, Pre-Order products (see the first bullet point).

Exclusion of the cooling-off period (cancellation) and returns for business customers
The above policy regarding the applicable cooling-off period and right of return is based on European consumer law. The above explicitly does not apply to business customers. For business customers, the cooling-off period (cancellation) and returns are explicitly excluded. Therefore, business customers cannot make use of this option.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within two (2) business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
